Required software to run, manage and program KUKA LBR IIWA

Required Software

  1. Sunrise Workbench

  2. KUKA WorkVisual

  3. WorkVisual AddOn

  4. Rhino - Grasshopper and KUKA PRC with Sunrise Library.

Roles:

  1. Sunrise OS runs in the background of the robot and its controller.

  2. Sunrise Workbench is used to program the robot

  3. Robot Cell is controlled using the KUKA smartPAD

  4. IOs are managed by KUKA WorkVisual

  5. Robot toolpath from geometry is created using Rhino Grasshopper and KUKA PRC. The file is exported as a XML file, to be read by the Sunrise OS.
